Weekends over and sch tml!
I didn't even have enough rest lar, sat-dance and today work!
I feel so restless.....

Sometimes when there isn't customer during work, I feel so bored.
On the other hand, when all the customers came tgt, I feel so busy, annoy and confused!
Yes! Dealing with kids isn't easy at all but dealing with their parents are worst!


And here goes the incident today!


A customer came and claimed that she had lost her playcard which was once REPLACED before! And she wants to know the numbers of hrs left in her LOST playcard, so that her kids can play!

The instruction to us is not to replace any playcard because there was times whereby the customer claimed that they lost or came with a wet playcard to replace a new one as theirs are already expired! ~Cheat us!

Therefore, the customers' responsibility is to take care of the card and if there is any damaged or lost card, they had to purchase another one! ~ Stated clearly to them!

So I told the customer politely she had to purchase a new one and she became so angry! I got no choice but to phone my boss and double confirmed before I made any decision. Indeed,what i said was correct!

I passed the phone to the customer as I am too afraid to talk to her. =s AND GUESS WAD! The customer actually hang up my boss call halfway through the conversation! I got real shocked lar! She passed me back my phone and stomped angrily to the counter. ~My god!

She said fiercely that she wanna purchase a new card and demand to have her card immediately when i told her I will return the card at the end of the playtime! By this time, there are 5 customers coming in and purchasing cards. I got no choice but to do hers first and my hands are like shaking lar! I am still in a frightening mood can!

Anyway tat is the whole damn incident! ~How stupid! The customer is at fault la and is nthing to do with us! My boss got so angry and even said she doesnt wanna sell the card to the customer! LOL!

Well, this is why I hate working that need to deal with customers! I rather work in the office and face the computer lar! Alot of times, we will say that customer is always right! BUT STILL, to a certain extend can!





NO MORE SUCH STUPID INCIDENT HAPPENING AGAIN!
I WAN A PEACEFUL WORKING DAY!
